1. Lesson Prices & Payment

• Single Lesson: £33 per 1-hour session. Payment is due at the start of each lesson.
• 5-Lesson Deal: £155 for 5 x 1-hour lessons. This deal must be paid in full upfront before the first lesson.
• 10-Lesson Deal: £300 for 10 x 1-hour lessons. This deal must also be paid in full upfront before the first lesson.

2. Deposits for Single Lessons (After First Lesson)

• After completing your first single lesson, a £10 deposit is required to secure all future single lesson bookings.
• The deposit will:
  • Be deducted from the lesson fee when attended.
  • Be non-refundable if cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice or if the student does not attend.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any lesson.
• For single lessons:
  • Late cancellations or no-shows result in loss of the £10 deposit.
• For prepaid block bookings (5 or 10 lessons):
  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, a £10 late cancellation fee will apply for each affected lesson.
  • This fee must be paid before your next lesson can take place.

4. Block Booking Terms (5 & 10 Lesson Deal)

• Block bookings are non-refundable once started.
• Lessons must be used within 6 months of purchase.
• Missed lessons or those cancelled with short notice are not eligible for refund and will incur the £10 rebooking fee if rescheduled.

5. Timekeeping

• Please be punctual and ready at your agreed time and location.
• If you arrive late, your session may still finish at the originally scheduled time.

6. Instructor Commitment & Conduct

• Mohamed Salam, a DVSA-approved instructor with over 15 years of experience, provides every lesson with structure, patience, and professionalism.
• Any abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of lessons or refusal of further service.
